However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a new customer discount, even though the coupon was for gutter cleaning and not the service I needed. It just goes to show that they prioritize customer satisfaction. I was impressed that the job was completed by one person, who was friendly and explained the process. They even took photos and advised me on my old and new gutters. Upon completion, I received an invoice with photos and was informed that the cost was lower than originally estimated due to measurement errors. I appreciated their honesty and transparency. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would gladly use them again.
