During our project, Rob kept me informed about which contractor would come on a particular day and he was quick to reply to my messages. As a result, our project was completed well within the time frame initially provided.

During the summer, we decided to remodel our kitchen, which eventually turned into redoing our entire main floor. I drafted a rough plan and began contacting contractors for the job. HNS was one of the four companies we consulted. They impressed us with their professional rendering and thorough proposal of the project. However, we were still hesitant about the size and timeline of the job. We wanted it completed before Christmas, but were unsure if this was possible. We voiced our concerns to Rob and were assured that he would see the project through to completion by Christmas, which he and his team did. HNS surpassed our expectations and provided the best home upgrade experience we have ever had. The team, including Greg, Jeff, Marco, and Tom, were hardworking, timely, and friendly. Rob was involved every step of the way, ensuring our vision came to life. We were able to enjoy our new kitchen and main floor a week before Christmas, even with a few major change orders. Our new space has received many compliments, and we couldn't be happier. We wholeheartedly recommend HNS and are grateful for the exceptional work they provided.
