Despite three previous technicians being unable to fix my washer, he assured me that he could do it without difficulty. I was skeptical, but to my surprise, he had it up and running in under five minutes. He charged me only for the service call, a reasonable $89. I must say, this company has a team of highly professional technicians, who are veterans and exhibit genuine concern for the community. Tom is now my go-to guy!
