Since 2020, I have been imparting the knowledge of yoga. Presently, I have attained my 200-RTY and am arduously working towards achieving my 300. With a focus on mindful movements, empowerment, and playfulness, I conduct my classes. Back in 2016, I started practicing yoga and accumulated various tips and tricks to aid you in attaining your yoga goals. Each session is enriched with breathwork, unique sequencing, and yoga philosophy.

Taylor's sessions consistently leave me feeling refreshed and elated. I admire how she pushes me to my limits while still making it enjoyable and encouraging, and her taste in music is impeccable! Whenever I'm in Austin, I always make an effort to participate in one of her classes. Additionally, she serves as a great source of inspiration to me.
