Although it may seem like every evaluation point includes the word "great," I assure you that it is not an exaggeration. The reason behind my repeated use of the term is because Sound Pacific truly exceeded my expectations. With an urgent need for a roof repair, I had planned to hold off on replacing the entire roof until later in the summer. However, upon reaching out to Sound Pacific, they were quick to respond and assess the situation. They presented the option for immediate repair or replacement starting in just two days, given their availability. The cost they proposed was more than reasonable, and they showed up on time each day to complete the job over the course of three days. The roof they installed looks beautiful and their clean-up was incredibly thorough. Simply put, my satisfaction couldn't be more complete.

I've owned a house for years, which Sound Pacific recently re-roofed. The old torch down was replaced with a 30+ year TPO membrane roof, and Michael Hedgecock and his crew did an outstanding job. Their knowledge of roofing is impressive.
