The caterer has an impressive selection of dishes and I had the opportunity to personally speak with the chef multiple times. He was able to provide answers to all of my inquiries. This catering service is comprehensive, offering utensils and linens, among other items. The caterer values local and organic ingredients, which is reflected in their menu choices.

Mark was the caterer we chose for our wedding brunch and he exceeded our expectations! Communication was prompt and he addressed any questions or concerns we had. As soon as we made contact through CrackerJack, Mark was diligent in ensuring our needs were met. He took the time to review the menu with us and even held a tasting session. A wonderful addition to the meal was when he thoughtfully added potatoes to the menu. Our guests continuously raved about the delicious food and there was more than enough to feed the 130 attendees. It's a shame I, the bride, didn't get to indulge in more of the scrumptious French toast.

I have no reservations about recommending him. Recently, Mark and his team catered my daughter's wedding reception in our Capitola home. Their relaxed demeanor, impeccable execution, and delectable food contributed to creating an unforgettable and laid-back event that pleased both guests and hosts. Mark's extensive experience greatly aided in the event planning, and he handled everything from start to finish with ease. Having hosted several parties over the years, this was the first time we reached out for assistance, and it was a wise decision. EXCELLENT SERVICE We recently tied the knot and couldn't wait to write this review because our experience with Affordable Chef was absolutely fantastic! Chef Mark responded promptly to my inquiries before the wedding, which was especially reassuring to me as a bride from out of town. Although he was unfortunately unable to attend the reception, his on-site chef did an amazing job creating delicious food, and the staff were outstanding! One particular staff member went above and beyond, treating my husband and me like celebrities for the day. She ensured we had appetizers before anyone else, escorted us to the buffet first, and kept checking in on us throughout the event. Her dedication also extended to our families, who couldn't stop raving about her! Furthermore, the bartender provided by Chef Mark was attentive and skilled, preparing our signature cocktails to perfection. Overall, we had an amazing experience with this company and hope to trust them with our next big event!
