Our home required a new LG washtower, which presented the challenge of transporting it up two flights of stairs while also discarding the old machine. David and Erik were punctual and put in considerable effort to install the new machine in a closet/nooked area. Although the narrow stairway and heavy machines caused some wall scuffs from their dolly, those were effortlessly corrected with a magic eraser. The workers were cautious, yet some scratches on the flooring still resulted. Given the cumbersome weight of the new appliances, some damage could be expected, and we consider it an acceptable cost for gaining new machines. In retrospect, I could have taped down a safety layer on the floor to mitigate potential damage. Despite the "D80" error that surfaced with the new machine, David and Erik proved their excellence by coming back to troubleshoot and fix the problem with the dryer vent on the roof. I was impressed with David's pleasant demeanor, communication, and work quality and would not hesitate to enlist his services for any future repairs or installations. Overall, I rate Steve's Appliance Repair a solid A. Thank you!

My new stackable washer was expertly installed by David and Malachi beneath my old stackable dryer. I am grateful to Steve's appliances for their exceptional service. Prior to contacting them, I had reached out to two other appliance companies, as well as the Home Depot delivery and installation service, but all of them were unable to assist me.
