Jafco was prompt in responding and sending someone over for a job estimate. Without delay, they proceeded to work on the project. Their quickness and work quality left me thoroughly pleased. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any upcoming plumbing needs.

Alan and his Jafco team did an excellent job in fixing my repeated clogging problem which previous plumbers were unable to resolve. A second visit was necessary for them to fix the leak, but to my disappointment, the repair is not finished yet. The reason being that they are waiting for a missing part which they were supposed to order. I had to take the initiative to give them a call and remind them of the situation.

Jafco promptly dispatched a technician to aid us in fixing our shower on the same day. We were plagued with an incessantly dripping faucet that required excessive fiddling and chance to turn off. George Bustillo was the professional Jafco sent, and he was phenomenal! He exceeded our expectations with his excellent service. Initially, we fretted over the expense and inconvenience of hiring a plumber and being unable to shower. We were relieved when George arrived, as he offered us a reasonable price and resolved the issue swiftly (which was fortunately minor). If we encounter any future plumbing problems or require an upgrade, we will undoubtedly entrust Jafco with our needs. Also, we will specifically ask for George as he was exceptionally remarkable!
