Although they fell behind on a job and had to reschedule their visit, they promptly informed me of the situation. Unfortunately, this posed a problem as I had limited availability and was meant to travel for business the next day. However, I was grateful when they came out on a Saturday to complete the job. The team embodies a strong work ethic and displays sincerity through their hard work. I regret not having found The Bears sooner; I now plan to exclusively hire their family-owned business for future services!
