Junk Removal Demolition/ Moving services

I had a booking for 8am to have old furniture removed before new furniture arrived at 9am. At 8:30am, I messaged the company through their app to confirm their arrival, but received no response. In a rush, my family and I had to carry the furniture out to the front yard to make room for the new furniture. With no word from the company, I messaged them again to cancel and secured help from someone else. The company showed up at 11am, but I informed them I had already canceled through the app. This company lacks punctuality and communication skills. I gave them two stars solely based on the friendly demeanor of the worker who did show up. (Revised)
