Kenian Pool Service

After being invoiced by Ken of Kenian Pool Service, I promptly made a prepayment for his services. Despite his assurance to get back to me regarding the scheduling of service on 10/27/22, Ken has been unresponsive since 10/24/22, when he received my payment. He has not replied to my messages or refund request, having taken my payment and vanished. As a result, I have lodged a complaint about him and his company with CrackerJack. Please refrain from engaging Ken or his business as he has engaged in fraudulent behavior towards me and is likely to do the same to others.

Upon arriving to quote for pool services, Ian exhibited professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional cordiality. He did not falter in providing a comprehensive estimate, ensuring follow-up through phone call and text messages. His service and demeanor were exceptional.

If I could add a fourth criterion, I would click "work quality" as well. The performance of my previous pool guys was unsatisfactory, but the team that cleaned up the resulting mess did an exceptional job.

Kenian provides our pool service every week and we have never encountered any issues. Working with Ken has been a pleasure, and we have even recommended them to our acquaintances. We are extremely satisfied with their services and wouldn't consider any other company.

Ken and his team have recently been hired by us and things are going smoothly till now. Their handling of our distinct pool equipment setup in our older house, featuring some peculiar equipment, has put us at ease. They have taken care of all our worries and presented a plan to ensure that our pool is ideal for our kids' enjoyment in the upcoming summer.
