ALTA Pest Control was hired by me to service my parents' house, but I regret my decision now. They failed to return my monthly charges and the initial $250 payment I made for treating the German roach infestation. Their inability to provide the service as per the agreement for which they received a huge sum is frustrating. Despite having knowledge of severe German roach infestation, they didn't offer the required service to get rid of the pests. After scrutinizing the services provided, products used, and the process followed, I approached the manager for a thorough German roach service. However, my request soon turned into an argument from the service providers' side. Finally, they agreed to be a little more thorough and promised to maintain this level of service at least quarterly. But to our dismay, Alta Pest Control was a no-show on many occasions. After several attempts to resolve the issue, the manager canceled our service and refused to return the $250, stating that the amount was used to buy products for our house. Also, they didn't return the entire monthly charge. Despite canceling the first time, they tried to get us back, and we signed up again in the hope that they would keep their promises. But unfortunately, they were a no-show again and didn't even return the $250. My parents' house is still infested with German roaches and other pests. However, Alta has quit, leaving our house in a terrible condition and taking a good chunk of our money. I would never recommend Alta Pest Control to anyone, and people should not fall prey to their false promises. It is crucial to ask the right questions about the product, services, and areas covered before hiring a pest control service.
