Our relocation required transporting a packed trailer across the country. The contents had to be unloaded from a shipping yard onto a different truck, driven to our new home in Charleston, and then transferred inside. The team of fellows who handled everything were fantastic - sociable, cheerful, and efficient. They worked diligently to ensure everything was completed within a reasonable time frame. The exterior of a rental property I acquired was in a terrible state due to the previous occupants, but Derrick and his crew (COD) did an incredible job of restoring it to its former glory. The yard had been neglected for years, with overgrown foliage and junk scattered all over the place, making it an eyesore on the block. However, in one day, Derrick and his team arrived promptly at the site and efficiently cleared out the exterior yards and trimmed back the foliage. The property now looks like a home, and even the neighbors have complimented the transformation. The pictures do not do justice to the quality work done by this crew. I sincerely appreciate Derrick's responsiveness and the exceptional job he made of what could have been a challenging situation.
