Hello,As a licensed LMT, I specialize in a variety of massage techniques including Thai Yoga, Medical, Shiatsu, Sports, Neuromuscular, and Reflexology. Additionally, I am certified in Vinyasa Flow and completed my training at Synergy Yoga on Miami Beach. I used to teach Kundalini yoga, which heavily influences my Vinyasa Flow classes with Kundalini breath work. Having recently relocated to the West Palm area, I am providing outcall massage therapy services starting at $140/hr, as well as one-on-one Yoga classes.
