Hi there, I'm Chris. Nearly two decades ago in Denver CO, I discovered my talent for being a handy guy by assisting friends with their initial home renovations. We were even featured on a couple of HGTV shows. With each new project, I sought expert guidance and committed myself wholeheartedly. Each failure I encountered became the foundation for the skills I've come to master. Nowadays, I'm based in Las Vegas and have established a workshop in my garage where I fine-tune my woodworking abilities. While I'm still putting the finishing touches on my own house, I've been involved in flipping five other homes that were completed in a timely fashion and within budget. In addition, I co-own a property management company that began with my own properties and has extended to several friends and clients. With my diligent and precise work ethic, I'm always pursuing perfection. If there's something I'm not comfortable doing, I'll let you know. I'm also well-versed in detecting the root causes of any problems that arise in your home. My family brings me tremendous joy — I have two happy little children — and I dedicate this work to them. So far, I've built them a five-star chicken coop, a massive playground, and an obstacle course. I’m highly skilled in various areas such as demolition, drywalling, baseboard installation, minimal electrical work, pre-wiring, LVP flooring installation, tiling and repairs, minor plumbing, cabinet repairs, landscape irrigation, TV mounting and wire concealment, door trims, light and fan replacements, sanding, painting, sealing, and retaining wall construction and repairs.
