HRTI was hired to replace one door and ten windows following receiving bids from two other companies. The complete process, from the moment we got Greg's quote till Chad's final installation, was executed in a professional manner, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.

A few years ago, our windows and stucco were severely damaged by hail. The insurance adjuster had to bring in a special adjuster to assess the damage, indicating just how significant the job would be. I searched extensively for the right company to handle the repairs, and after meeting with Greg at HRTI, I knew my search was over. I was impressed with his professionalism and confidence that his team could do the job, and I even informed my insurance company that HRTI was the only company I was willing to work with. Throughout the process, Greg and his staff were excellent at communicating with us, informing us of their plans and progress. Although we didn't encounter any issues, HRTI was always prepared to handle any surprises that might have come up. Their customer service was top-notch, and I won't consider using anyone else for repairs on my windows, stucco, or roof in the future. Unfortunately, due to another instance of damage caused by mother nature, we had to file another claim, but it was a relief to know HRTI was there to help. They completed the job for the second time already, and I am highly recommending them to anyone who needs repairs – they won't be disappointed!
