I had a conversation with Eric on this platform and exchanged texts, and he was extremely helpful. However, the quality of the indoor service I received was not what was promised. I do not blame Eric for this, as when I contacted Hawx, they informed me that my in-home treatment should have been more comprehensive. Nonetheless, I appreciate their online portal and the fact that they offer a call-back service when the wait time is excessive. Moreover, their outdoor fogging treatment for mosquitoes is exceptionally effective.
