Working closely with healthcare professionals, my programs ensure optimal recovery time and achievement of personal health goals. Sadly, obesity rates in our country are on the rise. Statistics show that 3 out of 4 Americans struggle with weight gain and health-related issues. As a certified personal trainer with the N.A.S.M. and A.C.E. National Certification program, I am passionate and determined to combat this epidemic. It brings me great satisfaction to partner with clients and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
