After searching online for a tuner for my baby grand piano, I came across Luis' website which proved to be user-friendly and informative regarding his experience, services, and pricing. After requesting an appointment, he promptly confirmed and arrived at my home with a stellar toolkit and a friendly demeanor.
To my surprise, he not only tuned the piano but fixed two broken keys, two sticky ones, and a broken hammer. Furthermore, he removed two pencils, a pen, and an earring from inside the instrument.

After spotting a free piano on Facebook Marketplace, I had it relocated to my residence. It was apparent that the piano's tuning had been neglected for an extended period of time, possibly requiring a pitch raise.
