I had hoped to support a local company in case of any problems, but I regret not choosing someone else. This particular company has caused me months of headaches due to their incompetence. Everything was a disaster, from the uneven concrete to the wrong color used in our sunroom. They were unreliable and never kept their word, and it was truly the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Even after 6 weeks of what they called "completion," the room leaks when it rains and has flooded 3 times. Despite my pleas, they refuse to return my calls. Even the owner failed to check on the project. Be warned - stay far away from this company.

Their professionalism was evident as Sean designed my bathroom remodel in real-time. He committed to completing the project, which included the manufacture of the walls that took three weeks, within a range of 3 to 5 weeks. Incredibly, they completed it in four weeks. While I did not anticipate a follow-up after the job was finished, they surprised me by doing so. I commend Matt for his quick clean-up and completion of the project in under two days.
