I had an extremely negative experience while requesting an estimate for garage door spring repair. Despite having no prior interaction with the company, they accused me of wanting their services for free and spoke rudely, using phrases like "Why are you trying to get it cheaper when I told you yesterday $400?" and "You're looking to do the job for free, is that it?" Furthermore, they mistook a photo of a completely different garage for mine, leading to confusion and further unpleasant behavior towards me. I was shocked by their poor treatment of me, and can only hope their other customers fare better. Attached are two photos of the garages in question, and anyone can see the clear differences in window and wall putty. Regardless of whether someone is a repeat customer or not, they deserve respect and professionalism.
