My name is Don and I've been working in the glass industry for more than 15 years. My expertise lies in the installation of custom glass/mirrors, doors and hardware, window repair/replacement, glass shower enclosures, commercial aluminum doors, storefronts, and curtain walls. I'm also skilled in wiring automatic doors and electrical maintenance, including plugs and fixtures. Don was amazing! He efficiently replaced or repaired all the windows in our historic house with high-quality brand-name products, demonstrating foresight in preserving them from future damages as well. He also preserved the usable sashes for future use. Not only did he deliver exceptional workmanship, he completed the task ahead of schedule. Don was cooperative, approachable, and professional throughout the task and it was a pure delight to work with him. Despite receiving quotes for just five or six windows, we were able to get our entire home done for a fair price. We are extremely satisfied with the results and look forward to partnering with Don again, hopefully in the near future, for our next project.

Don did an excellent job installing a new sliding glass door and bathroom window. When we came across an unexpected seal issue a few days later, he promptly returned and worked until almost 10pm to complete the job. He even went above and beyond by touching up the paint on the exterior of our home. Don is not only a skilled professional, but a kind and thoughtful individual who takes pride in his work. We feel confident that he will provide top-notch service at a reasonable price, and we will definitely be calling upon him for any future window or door needs.

Positive feedback: Don was very accommodating to my budget and was able to start the project promptly. He was approachable and easy to communicate with, going the extra mile to travel out of town to obtain a customized window for my convenience.
Constructive criticism: I felt that some aspects of the job were left undone. Following window installation, I was informed that trimming was not included in the service. Although Don put up existing trim and sealed two windows, I had to install trim on the remaining six. I recommend that Don specifies that trimwork is not part of his service in any future endeavors.
