Denis, the technician, was exceptional in his work- both kind and meticulous. What made me happiest was the fair estimate he provided and his sincere craftsmanship - he installed a dishwasher and accurately trimmed the tiles so that it would fit seamlessly. Furthermore, he even identified a leak in my sink and proposed to repair it right then and there. It's worth noting that he tidied up the worksite and left it in a better condition than when he first arrived; this spoke to his professionalism. Overall, he provided a great service and I would give him a rating of 10 out of 10!
