My name is Jose "Luis" and my family-operated business was established in 2014. We specialize in providing home services to our customers such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, house cleaning, handyman work, and recently added air conditioning services. Although our focus is on residential customers, we also cater to commercial clients.

We take pride in offering a one-stop-shop experience to our customers, enabling them to deal with only one company for multiple services. On a Saturday, Jose completed an exceptional job of installing a brand-new prehung door. I have previously hired other contractors, but their work did not satisfy me as much as his did. He ensured that every detail was immaculate and completed professionally without stopping until the job was finished. Jose explained every step of the process and checked in with me to ensure that I was pleased with the result before leaving. I am definitively looking forward to having him handle further projects in my home!

Luis and Joan performed admirably when we discovered a leak beneath our toilet. Once the plumber arrived and discovered the subfloor had rotted, a restoration company was called. Unfortunately, the damage was severe, and they promised to return our call with an estimate for replacing the subfloor and tiling the bathroom but never did. We tried contacting several other companies, but to no avail. Thankfully, we found American Sunshine Maintenance on CrackerJack, submitted a request, and received a response the same night that they could come in two days. They kept their promise, replacing the subfloor, fixing the plumbing, and laying tile in a single day. The next day, they returned to replace the toilet, completing the job in two days. We highly recommend American Sunshine Maintenance!
