I am Ken Kamin, a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. In addition, I hold certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM, and also as a Group Exercise Trainer through ACE. I am certified in Adult First Aid, CPR/AED. With a lifetime of experience competing, coaching, and training athletes and clients in health and fitness programs, I specialize in improving physical health, injury recovery, weight loss, and toning. For athletes, I offer training to increase endurance, speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, and specialize in training for specific sports, positions, and events. Regardless of fitness levels, my physical assessments and integrated phase training can help you achieve your goals. I offer training options in my home gym or will come to your gym, track, park, or home. I provide equipment as needed for your specific training program. Kenny is an outstanding personal trainer who always maintains a high level of professionalism and expertise. His suggestions for flexibility, strengthening, stretching and agility have been phenomenal. Even small changes have had a significant impact, and I have noticed a difference in just three weeks. Kenny is excellent at explaining the rationale behind each movement or stretch and has managed to keep the workouts simple.
