At our home, we engaged Tony for three projects. We hired him through CrackerJack, after a competitive review between various contractors. He was selected not just for the competitive price, but also his professionalism and understanding of our requirements. Tony started with the installation of custom knotty maple baseboards in a 1200 sq ft addition. He skillfully cut the unfinished lumber to the appropriate dimensions, applied several polyurethane coatings, and installed it in both levels of the addition, covering several hundred feet of baseboard. Throughout this first project, Tony was extremely considerate of the living spaces, managing dust and minimizing noise. After experiencing the quality of his work and professionalism, we engaged Tony for two more projects. The second involved the flooring, cabinets, and countertop of a kitchenette that we were building for our disabled son. He once again exceeded our expectations. The third was the most challenging of the three tasks, which was to finish the stairs for the addition with the same Cali Distressed Eucalyptus flooring used elsewhere in the addition. He executed this flawless custom-ordered flooring project seamlessly. The project required custom fitting of each stair and integration of the top nosing into the tile floor, with meticulous attention to detail. Tony's workmanship and communication skills were excellent. Over the span of a few months, Tony demonstrated his exceptional ability to communicate project timelines, precision workmanship, and sensitivity to the working space. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Tony as a carpenter to anyone looking for high-quality work. We look forward to working with him on future projects.
