The service was exceptional. Darel and his team were outstanding and incredibly amiable individuals. They were highly receptive and even worked for an additional hour beyond the scheduled time. They curated a menu of excellent standard, concocted some incredible cocktails, and were even of assistance in the preparation and serving of dinner.

Our experience with We Set the Bar has been exceptional. My husband and I have engaged their services twice, for our wedding reception and the launch party of our new business. Darel's collaboration skills and his ability to understand our event needs were amazing. He's also considerate, friendly, and has become an integral part of every event we've hosted. We were blown away by his exceptional mocktail concoctions, and his bar set-up skills are out of this world. Our business launch was incredibly important, and Darel ensured it was seamless, with his expertise taking the event to another level. He set up the space with great efficiency, ensuring everything was ready to go before guests arrived. As a bartender, he was a hit with everyone. He was friendly and warm to everyone, whether they were ordering drinks or just enjoying the occasion. He struck the perfect balance of being an engaging conversationalist without being overbearing. I would highly recommend Darel to anyone in need of a bartender for their event, and I will definitely be using his services for any future events. Simply put, he was awesome.
