Martin and his team are absolutely amazing! Due to last year's inclement weather, a section of our roof deteriorated significantly, resulting in water seepage into our daughter's bedroom. Martin arrived promptly, even in the midst of the downpour, to assess the damage and proposed various cost-effective alternatives that met our needs and budget. Without any deviation from the original estimate, he delivered the project within the specified timeframes. We cannot wait to collaborate with Martin and his team on upcoming projects as we gradually tick off items from our home improvement agenda.

The customer service was exceptional. I expressed my worry about the broken roof tiles during the rainy season. Although I provided him with scheduling options, he proactively volunteered to repair the roof tiles in the rain to prevent additional water damage. While on the roof, he also inspected the remaining sections of my roof to ensure there were no other problems. He was truly a great professional, and I will definitely seek his services again.

He was prompt in his response, arriving swiftly to fix my damaged roof without delay. His expertise was evident as he not only repaired the roof, but also offered valuable advice on repairing the water damage caused by it to the drywall ceiling–in case we decided to take the DIY route.

He meticulously snapped several pictures of the rooftop, thereby effectively illustrating areas that required mending. Notably, he arrived punctually and wrapped up the job tidily, surpassing my expectations. Furthermore, he thoughtfully took photographs of potential hazard areas on the roof, even those that did not require immediate attention. I genuinely admire his thoroughness, and I am grateful for his foresight. I unequivocally look forward to hiring him repeatedly in the future.
