For Christmas, I booked Chef Matt to create an unforgettable dining experience for my family. It was our initial time hiring a private chef and I regret not doing it sooner! Chef Matt was incredibly friendly and well-informed. Every dish he cooked was of exceptional quality, and we savoured every bite. Even my selective sister was impressed. We were exceedingly pleased with Chef Matt's performance! Every aspect of his service was exceptional. He promptly responded to my inquiry in less than 20 minutes and we spoke on the phone within 40 minutes to discuss my event. The menu he created contained fascinating seasonal flavors, and the presentation was faultless. Most importantly, the food was exquisite. Without a doubt, I will hire him again in the future.

I was thoroughly impressed by Chef Matthew Ryan's performance. He made everything, from our initial phone conversation to the actual meal, an enjoyable and effortless experience. He handled our group's dietary restrictions and preferences with great professionalism and responsiveness during the initial menu discussion. Upon arriving, he and his team worked in perfect harmony, and went beyond our expectations by cleaning up and serving us water and cocktails throughout the event. At my family's 25th anniversary party, Matt and Ryan were the clear stars. As the bartenders, they were supremely professional, friendly, and knew everything there was to know about crafting amazing cocktails. They assisted me in creating a menu of scrumptious drinks, as well as managing the distribution of champagne for a toast. Chef Matt even jumped in to lend a hand with cutting the cake! We really hit the jackpot by having them at our party - there's no one better suited for the job, and we would definitely enlist their services again.
