I made arrangements well in advance with this company to assist with my upcoming baby shower and my booking was confirmed. As I was at the 8-month stage of my pregnancy, I requested the assistance of a bartender and a waiter to ease the burden of managing the bar and food service during the event. I scheduled both of them for an 8-hour shift on the day of the shower to ensure a stress-free experience. Unfortunately, several weeks later, I received a notification of a pending PayPal refund from the company without any prior notice of their inability to fulfill the booking. I expressed my disappointment through a message on CrackerJack, but didn't receive a response. This left me in a state of panic, as I had to scramble to find replacements for the booked positions, which proved quite challenging due to the proximity of the shower weekend. It was clear that the company had little regard for my needs as a client. Unfortunately, I ended up going into labor two days prior to the shower, and the added stress of reorganizing everything only worsened the situation.

The service quality left me completely astonished and impressed. Our hired waiter went above and beyond, taking care of everything from setting up to cleaning up. To top it off, Bill even skillfully sabred a bottle of champagne for our enjoyment!
