The night before the event, she abruptly canceled even though we had finalized the details including the price, style, and setup time. Despite taking a while to send the invoice, I had questions regarding the quote which led to her canceling and claiming that we didn't schedule enough in advance, even though we had already agreed on all the details. This is not how business should be done.
