The movers were excellent, but unfortunately, the owner refused to honor the price that was quoted by the female representative. To avoid this, always ensure that you have written estimates before making any payments.

In November 2020, the cost for a one bedroom was $266, with a move of 21 miles. However, please note that I would now rate the experience as 1 star. In January 2021, the cost for the same one bedroom was $439, with a move of 5 miles. I had trusted that the cost would be similar, but what do you think?

CrackerJack was very prompt in responding to my request for the next day, and their work was excellent. Although they arrived 15 minutes past the scheduled time, they had informed me earlier that morning. I would definitely consider using their services again.

The movers were exceptional. We relocated a family of six, consisting of two adults and four children, to a new home. I had a conversation with Mike regarding the move and our specific requirements. To my delight, his team surpassed my expectations in completing the job efficiently. They successfully hoisted our peloton treadmill, which needed disassembly and re-assembly, along with a bulky queen purple mattress, as well as a washer and dryer up the stairs. These items were difficult to move, especially with the sheer quantity of items transported. I would entrust them again to securely and safely move my possessions. The team was both courteous and effective in their execution, and I am grateful for their hard work. Thank you!
