This review pertains to the Customer Service: Today, I had a scheduled meeting with Victor at my home, set for 1300. He assured me that he would give me a call before he arrived, and I had informed him that I needed to visit the property to check on the contractors. However, after two hours and no call or quote, I decided to make the trip to the new build location, even though it was out of my way, as I had other tasks to complete. It is unfortunate how difficult it can be to find reliable assistance. It is disheartening to see individuals on-site, searching for work, but unable to follow through when contacted. Thank you for letting me know in advance what kind of contractor you are. Fortunately, other contractors have also responded. Please continue your search.

Upon contacting SoTex, I requested an extension of my patio for a hot tub. Victor promptly arrived the next day for a quote, and his team was able to accomplish the task the day after. Punctual and proficient, they carried themselves with utmost professionalism throughout. The project was completed by the end of the day, and the crew tidied up everything, leaving no clutter behind. I am pleased with the exceptional service provided by Victor and his team.
