Leo's scheduling approach and timely ETA updates via text were particularly appreciated. Additionally, as a team of 2, they provided explanations of their repair process and findings.

After we reported a broken dryer, Leo arrived the next day. Initially, he attempted a regular clean-out. However, when it became apparent that a more comprehensive parts replacement was necessary, he truthfully communicated the situation and even proposed waiving the visit fee since the issue couldn't be resolved. It was only after I insisted that he accept the regular service fee. Leo comes across as an honest and prompt person. I would strongly advise choosing him for your needs.

When our stack washer malfunctioned, we reached out to Optimal for their assistance. Leo promptly responded by conducting an inspection of the equipment on the same day. The problem was speedily identified, along with a reasonable quotation for a replacement part, which was ordered for future installation. When they eventually returned to install the part, they discovered that the service center had dispatched the wrong model. It would have caused complications if installed, so we were impressed by their honesty in delaying the project. They made an effort to order the correct part and didn't charge us extra for the higher price tag. Though it was completed in about a week, we were satisfied with the quality of work and the fair pricing. Leo presented himself as courteous, prompt, and professional. If we encounter further appliances issues, we will undoubtedly seek help from Optimal. We hope this does not occur frequently. Thank you!
