Stephan lacks responsiveness and displays apathy towards his clients. He initially claimed to possess unique software to compute my income, but later demanded additional fees. To my surprise, he employed a software platform I was already acquainted with. Stephan overcharged me for his services, double the actual price, and has been unwilling to reimburse me for the portion of the job he failed to execute after I informed him to halt. Regrettably, I cannot highlight any positive aspects of my experience with him. I strongly advise avoiding him entirely.
