For almost ten years, John has installed for both Sears & Karl's. When I required a new microwave with a top vent, other installers were reluctant to do it. Nevertheless, John remained composed and systematically fixed the microwave, even though it was a little unusual. Following the work's completion, the area was spotless, and the old microwave was prepared for donation. From now on, he will be my go-to technician for appliance repairs and installations.
