My experience working with Luis has been fantastic. He is skilled in various tasks, such as installing a saltwater system, replacing the deck-o-seal, fixing a coping stone, and sanding damaged pool plaster caused by the previous owner's mistake of using the wrong chemicals. I asked Luis to provide an estimate for a gas heater, but then changed my mind and opted for solar instead. Luis respected my decision and did not push me to make a purchase I didn't want. As a woman, I've had to deal with many condescending home professionals, but Luis always treats me with respect and professionalism. I'm so pleased with his work that I've hired him for my regular pool maintenance. What I appreciate most about Luis is his honesty. While sanding the pool plaster, he informed me that some areas were thin and couldn't be completely sanded. When I asked if I needed a re-plastering, instead of trying to sell me on something, he advised that the plaster would last another 15 years with a few marks that wouldn't cause significant problems or warrant an expensive re-plastering. This level of honesty and integrity is why I'll continue working with Xtreme pools. The quality of Luis's work is exceptional, and the deck-o-seal job is a testament to that. It's the neatest and best job I've ever seen, and Luis was personally present to ensure everything was done right.
