EMLI Carpet Cleaning and More

I would like to express that three days after the cleaning process, the carpets have faded and are now sporting worse spots than before. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone. Although the staff is friendly, the cleaning results were unacceptable after the carpets dried.

The cleaning service provided by EMLI was exceptional. Not only did they thoroughly clean the wall-to-wall carpeting of a home surpassing 1400 square feet, but they also left the multiple bathrooms, closets, pantry, and kitchen- including all appliances- immaculate. The master bathroom shower was so well-kept that it appeared brand new, with all grout stains completely eliminated. Their excellent work was evident throughout the entire house!

In future, please refrain from scheduling appointments that you cannot keep and confirming appointments when you are unavailable to perform the task. It is a complete waste of time.
