With little information on how to install an additional box for my Xfinity setup, and questions about how to integrate my DVD player and Apple TV, I sought help from Rick Lyons at Buchan. From the get-go, communication was impressive with a phone call, follow-up email, and a confirmation email for the scheduled date and time the next day.
Rick's expertise shone through as he decommissioned my old TiVo and connected the new Xfinity box, which enabled us to record. He also integrated my DVD player and Apple TV into the setup, allowing access to everything using just the Xfinity controller. He even hooked up the old TiVo for us to watch old recordings. To top it off, he also reconnected our Bose speakers.
Before leaving, Rick made sure I had a clear understanding of the basic functions and provided me with his phone number for future problems. The installation was clean, neat, and completed in under 90 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Buchan Consulting and wholeheartedly recommend them.
