Excellent communication was established with them. Although their services were not required this time around, I intend to utilize them in the future given our effective and transparent correspondence. :)

Nancy is an exceptional pet sitter and without a doubt, the finest one I have ever had look after my dogs whilst I've been out of town. Your dogs will adore her, and so will you, and you'll be delighted you chose her family to take care of your furry family. I own three dogs, all of them 80 lbs, and two of them are females who are prone to food aggression, whereas one of them is leash reactive. It's challenging to find a pet sitter who can manage multiple large dogs, especially those with particular behavioral problems. However, Nancy dealt with them like a real pro! During our initial meeting, she accompanied us on a walk and observed how they responded when seeing another dog on a leash. She didn't react to their barking or tugging and resolved the matter calmly. Throughout my 8-day journey, she sent daily pictures and videos of the dogs to keep me informed about how they were doing. It was wonderful to receive these updates and feel confident that my fur babies were in capable hands. This was also the first time I left my pups since the start of the pandemic, and I was apprehensive. They suffer from separation anxiety, and with it being the 4th of July, fireworks were expected to be set off too. Nevertheless, she handled the anxiety gracefully, and my dogs were so cheerful, which put me at ease. My female canines got into a tussle during my trip because both are prone to anxiety and food aggression, yet she calmed them down and informed me of the incident. She handled the situation impeccably, just as I would have, and seeing that she managed to handle it calmly put my mind at rest. She's an exceptional dog sitter, and I'll suggest her to EVERYONE I know. Upon returning home, not only were my pups happy and exhausted, but my house had been cleaned, my laundry had been folded, and she even left gorgeous sunflowers on my table. I can't speak highly enough of Nancy, and I'm eager to employ her pet-sitting services again in the future!
