Hello there! I am Chef Adam Serota, an avid food lover who discovered cooking as my quarantine hobby in 2020. With self-taught skills, I can now whip up sushi, dumplings, pizza, and other favorites to perfection. I started an Instagram account to showcase my creations, and to my surprise, it generated buzz and attracted prospective clients. After a few months, I decided to leave my job and ventured into my new business full-time.We are masters of private parties, accommodating groups from intimate dinners to grand weddings. Our team is equipped to handle any event, and we always strive to exceed expectations. What sets us apart is our unconventional approach, as I relied on industry-outsider perspectives to refine our processes. You won't find anything like us elsewhere.
Aside from catering, we also offer cooking classes where you can learn the art of sushi making, dumpling making, and more. We provide custom-tailored meal plans to nourish athletes during their seasons and help business professionals stay energized and focused. Whatever your needs are, we pour love into every dish we prepare.

Chef Adam and his team provide life-changing delicious food and an amazing atmosphere every time! We were first introduced to Adam through a reliable event planner for a company party we hosted at our home. It was such a hit that in 2022, we had the pleasure of working with Adam on SIX events, ranging from large company events with 90 or more guests to intimate family get-togethers of less than 10. Adam is our go-to chef for any occasion. He consistently delivers outstanding dishes and attracts a team of talented individuals who share his passion for perfection, creativity, and fun. Guests to our events are always impressed and often request Adam's information. Many have even hired him for their own events and have been beyond satisfied.
