Matthew Robinson from Marshall Cleaning Service was assigned to clean my air ducts and vents. I have been residing in my condominium since 1984 and have never availed of such services before. However, due to my ongoing renovation that involves scraping off the popcorn ceiling, removing a wallpaper that had been up since 1986, and dealing with a mold problem caused by a water leak behind my kitchen wall, I felt the need to have the air vents and ducts cleaned right away. While the mold mitigation workers were unable to cover the intake air vent, Matthew took over the job and finished it promptly in about two hours, despite having to deal with 11 air vents and 1 intake in my small two-story condo. During his cleaning, he also discovered a potential fire hazard with my dryer vent hose not properly fixed to the outside vent, resulting in lint, dirt, and dust being blown into my insulation. Thankfully, he notified my contractor right away, and the issue was resolved before any potential disaster. I strongly recommend the excellent services of Marshall Cleaning Service, and I give them a 5-star rating for their expertise, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. I am also looking forward to utilizing their services again in the near future when my renovation is completed.
