As a recent college graduate with a BA in Music from Queens College and an MA in Music Composition from Hunter College, I am currently singing and playing keyboards with the Staten Island Snugs. Throughout my career, I have debuted various solo piano works along with compositions for other instruments. I possess extensive knowledge in piano and music theory, which enables me to educate you on both playing the piano and creating your very own music. You can expect my lessons to be custom-made by incorporating your interests, and I can even assist with tuning your piano.

An amazing piano teacher for beginners with exceptionally organized classes and clear instructions. He is readily available to answer questions and provides excellent handouts. I am excited to learn from him again next September and hope that he will also offer a class for graduates to advance our skills further. Phil is approachable and empathetic towards new learners, and his great sense of humor adds a fun atmosphere to his proficient piano lessons.

Philip, a piano instructor, demonstrates great adaptability and creativity when it comes to modifying music to suit my daughter's requirements. Along with being well-informed and patient, he is also prompt in his teaching. Philip readily incorporates my daughter's preferred music selections into his lessons while encouraging her to surpass her limitations.
