In around two minutes, the technician resolved my appliance issue. Impressed by their abilities, I expressed my desire to have such a skilled handyman. Curious about what else needed fixing, I showed them two minor issues unrelated to appliances, which they promptly repaired. At 85 years old, I am unable to climb ladders, and the technician's competence, professionalism, and kindness left me in awe.

After attempting some repairs on my LG washer, I sought the expertise of Renee. As a nurse and mother, I was exhausted with playing repairman. Uncertain of my repair skills, I had Renee examine the washer. It turned out to be an effortless fix, and to my surprise, Renee didn't bill me a penny! Although he arrived slightly late, he kept his window of arrival. He was courteous, empathetic, and held vast knowledge on various appliances.
