The day was saved by BJ. Late last night, our furnace, which was very old, was having trouble with the blower motor. I contacted Jump HVAC, and they responded promptly this morning, keeping me informed throughout the process. Within an hour of confirming, BJ arrived and evaluated the problem. He implemented the correct solution, and within two hours of confirming the visit, we had heat again, which was appreciated given the outside temperature was 9 degrees. The visit was affordable and reasonably priced, and BJ was highly professional and communicated excellently. Overall, we were very impressed with BJ and Jump HVAC's exceptional service and timely assistance.
