We provide all necessary materials, and our services include residential/commercial local and long-distance transportation, packing and unpacking, large item handling, and U-Haul loading and unloading. There are no hidden charges, but a travel fee and long carry charge may apply. Feel free to contact us for rates. For local moves, we offer floor and furniture protection, and disassembly and reassembly are included. Arriving ten minutes prior to schedule, the team exhibited excellent communication skills. They meticulously arranged everything as per my specifications, successfully transporting all items from my storage unit in James Island to my new home with major furniture assembly taking less than 5 hours. Palmetto Professional Movers proved to be a lifesaver when we needed to relocate a gun safe up two flights of stairs. After posting our request, the company promptly responded and accommodated our needs by scheduling the move the following day, even though it was a holiday and less than 24 hours' notice. Despite the size and weight of the safe, which we expected to cause some scuff marks, Palmetto Professional Movers took extra care and made sure that our walls, flooring, and furniture remained in excellent condition throughout the moving process.
