My major issue arose when I informed Annoor and his team that in order to receive reimbursement, an invoice was necessary. Despite numerous promises to provide one, they failed to send the required document. All I needed was a simple invoice with the details of the payment received for garage painting, amounting to $600. This lack of responsiveness was extremely frustrating and seemed dubious. I fail to comprehend how difficult it could be to send a one-page invoice. Additionally, they claimed to have sent it but it never appeared in my email inbox or spam folder. As I reiterated before the job even started, I made it explicitly clear that an invoice was required.
