Throughout the process, Carmen proved to be highly responsive. They arrived punctually and maintained regular communication via messaging. Despite a mix-up that occurred due to our error, they promptly contacted us and we were able to resolve the issue. Carmen demonstrated their ability to work diligently and efficiently, accomplishing a thorough cleaning job. Though not present at the time, I was informed that they worked independently with minimal supervision from my wife. The kitchen, as well as all the other rooms, were left immaculate, particularly the bathrooms. In addition, Carmen went above and beyond by elegantly folding some laundry and towels. While we are meticulous when it comes to our floors, we neglected to provide specific instructions in this regard. As a result, my wife noticed a small amount of grime that had been overlooked.

After construction had left our place quite dusty, Carmen came to clean it up. The result was fantastic and Carmen was a pleasure to work with.
