Quick and efficient! Exceptionally personable with excellent results. They installed the TV above the fireplace flawlessly. However, I did observe that the lower part of the rack hasn't been fastened properly due to some issues with the spacers. I am confident that the TV won't topple if it isn't moved as it looks stable. This is my only point of apprehension.

I am incredibly satisfied with the service provided by these exceptional gentlemen. My week had been quite dreadful after I spent over 10k on purchasing TVs and mounting with concealed wires from Best Buy, only to have them do a terrible install and claim that they could not conceal any wires.
