As soon as the Wilmington branch was inaugurated, hurricane Florence struck, resulting in the emergence of numerous roofing firms- both reliable and unreliable. This caused skepticism and mistrust within the community, as certain companies failed to fulfill their duties with competence, care, and dedication. Some even left town or the state, leaving a negative impression on our minds. Consequently, since 2018, we have strived to distinguish ourselves from "the others" by prioritizing excellent quality, community involvement, and exceptional service.
